Invicta Men's 6043 Subaqua Collection Not Bad
By A. STUMPE "AROC" [December 11, 2011, 4:01 am]It wouldn't be an Invicta without something wrong with it....not too bad though. It is definitely gun-metal, not Black-IP, as the Amazon description states, and the brushed areas are a little blotchy. There is also about 1/16 of an inch of play in the bezel when pushed in the opposite direction than the way it is intended to turn, again not too bad--good price $265. The bezel is pretty tight, so as long I don't rotate the bezel too much and loosen it up, it shouldn't be a problem and the blotchy finish is barely noticable.
I had an Invicta arrive missing a case back screw, one with blothy plateing, another that had an hour marker fall off the dial, and one that had the second hand fall off. This SAN III is a whole lot better than the Akula I got that was not keeping time at all when it arrived--defective movement, I had to have the movement completely disassembled, cleaned and put back together to get the watch working.
Not bad Invicta...you only screwed it up a little, and that's pretty good for you. If they didn't have such good
